Albanese, Shorten to run for Labor leadership

Anthony Albanese has decided to contest the Labor leadership, declaring himself to be the best candidate to lead the party back into government.

Acting Labor leader Chris Bowen says the party has a choice between two very good candidates, both of whom have a vision for the future.
