Twin attacks leave Norway reeling

Militants have staged twin bomb and shooting attacks in Norway, leaving at least seven dead from the blast in the capital and up to 20 dead at a youth camp on an island just outside Oslo, witnesses say.
Scores have been wounded after the bomb blast ripped through government buildings in central Oslo, shortly before a gunman disguised as a policeman opened fire on Utoya island.
Witnesses have told of people cowering in buildings on the island as the gunman went on a shooting spree and television footage has shown people trying to swim from the island to safety.
