Good morning. In breaking news overnight, a bomb attack at a Hindu shrine in Bangkok has killed at least 19 people. Thai authorities say the attack targeted foreigners. ABC correspondent Sam Hawley says the shrine is in a busy shopping district surrounded by five-star hotels. "This was a vicious attack at rush hour in the centre of Bangkok," she said.
