He was due to have "precautionary tests" at the specialist heart and chest unit of Papworth Hospital, one of Britain's main cardiothoracic centres in Cambridge, eastern England, a palace spokeswoman said. The Prince had been staying with other members of the Royal family on their Sandringham country estate in Norfolk, eastern England. All over the world, politicians ask hard things of constituents, demanding that they should be their best selves. And that's perfectly fair enough.
