The video, entitled Kevin Rudd is a happy little vegemite, was posted on YouTube on Friday. It features selectively edited footage apparently designed to embarrass the Foreign Minister, including Mr Rudd swearing while trying to pre-record a message in Chinese several years ago while he was prime minister.
