House fire survivors tell of tragic loss

A man who lost his wife and five children in Wednesday's house fire south of Brisbane says he did everything he could to save them.
Jeremiah Lale spoke at an emotional press conference this morning about the tragedy of Australia's worst house fire that claimed 11 lives, including eight children and teenagers.
The bodies of the last two victims were removed from the burnt-out house this afternoon before a guard of honour formed by a large crowd of mourners.More »

53 dead, more trapped in casino attack
