Overseas, Spain has reportedly agreed to take in nearly 15,000 refugees as part of the mandatory quota system outlined by the European Commission yesterday. The Queen has thanked people around the world for their "touching messages" as she became Britain's longest-serving monarch. And Apple has unveiled new models of its iPhone, iPad and TV products. Its shares closed down 1.9 per cent.
