Good morning. Here's what's happening now: There have been two major attacks overnight. A car bomb exploded in the heart of the Turkish capital Ankara killing at least 32 people and injuring about 75. Meanwhile, gunmen have opened fire at a beach resort in Ivory Coast, killing at least 14 civilians and two soldiers. Six gunmen were also killed but it is not yet clear if they were affiliated with any militant group. A plebiscite on same-sex marriage could cost the Australian economy more than half a billion dollars, including $280 million in lost productivity and $158 million to run the nationwide campaign.
