Celebrations after Boston bombing suspect caught

Hundreds of people have descended on the streets of Boston to celebrate the capture of an ethnic Chechen teenager suspected of staging the marathon bombings.

The University of Massachusetts student was surrounded by a small army of police for a final showdown which lasted nearly two hours.

In a media conference shortly after the capture, president Barack Obama promised to find out whether the two ethnic Chechen brothers suspected of carrying out the deadly bombings received any help.
