  • Thai police say former Hells Angels member Wayne Rodney Schneider has been found dead near Pattaya after being abducted by five masked men. An arrest warrant has been issued for another Australian, Antonio Bagnato, who was reportedly drinking with the victim the night before he was kidnapped

  • The ABC can reveal China is being blamed for a massive cyber attack on computers at the Bureau of Meteorology. The attack compromised sensitive systems across the Federal Government and could take years and hundreds of millions of dollars to fix

  • The Mexican girlfriend of missing Australian surfer Adam Coleman has told Mexican television that she is not surprised by violence in the region. "This is so common in Mexico...but for the family of the boys it is so out of the normal. The Government will never get justice for them...I will resign myself to that," she said

A tiny Tokyo noodle shop has become the first ramen restaurant to receive a Michelin star. The star was awarded to nine-seat Tsuta, helping Tokyo retain its title as the city with the most Michelin-starred restaurants
