  • Twelve pipe bomb-like devices and thousands of rounds of ammunition have been found in the home of the San Bernardino shooting suspects. The FBI is being cautious, it says it's too early to say what might have motivated the young couple to carry out the attack

  • Oscar Pistorius faces 15 years in jail after his conviction over the death of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp was upgraded to murder by the South African Supreme Court of Appeal. The case will head back to the trial court and judge for sentencing. That's expected in the first quarter of next year
