Baden-Clay, a 43-year-old former real estate agent, has pleaded not guilty to the 2012 murder of his wife, whose body was found on a Brisbane creek bank 10 days after she was reported missing. The journal, found during a search of the couple's bedroom, includes an entry dated April 18, 2012, with a list of notes including: "Were you prepared to live with the guilt if I hadn't found out."
