Russia trying 'to provoke war' with airspace violations: Ukrainian PM

Ukrainian's prime minister says Russian military aircraft had crossed the country's airspace seven times "to provoke Ukraine to start a war".

"Russian military aircraft ... crossed and violated Ukrainian airspace seven times. The only reason is to provoke Ukraine to start a war," Arseniy Yatsenyuk said.

It comes as negotiators work for the release of 13 international observers seized by pro-Kremlin rebels, who accuse them of being "NATO spies".

Russia, which has 40,000 troops on Ukraine's border, denies the airspace violations and says it is working to resolve the observer crisis.
