It's evening in Rio and the day held some mixed results for our Aussies. We picked up a bronze medal in the eventing team competition (FWIW, that's an equestrian event). Our women's basketball and waterpolo teams had wins but the men's rugby sevens team stumbled against France. You can follow all the action live
And how are we all feeling post-census? It seems a lot of Australians spent the night hitting refresh. The ABS issued an apology late last night after the census website crashed. And seeing as they were online anyway, a lot of would-be respondents used the time to air their grievances with the ABS via #censusfail. Remember, you still have plenty of time to complete the survey
